Exchange & Refund
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your NIRVANA JEWELLERY.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with NIRVANA products when you receive it, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will either exchange or refund the full amount of the jewellery to your credit or debit card. No hassles or hidden costs.
- The product must returned in it’s original new saleable condition, unworn and unused (meaning no scratches, marks or damage).
- The product must be returned with it’s original packaging and any tags attached.
- We must receive your returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your returned jewellery after 30 days we may refuse to exchange or refund the returned items.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Sale items are not valid for exchange for refund other than in the event of them being faulty.
- NIRVANA JEWELLERY is not responsible for any return packages sent to us.
- If you are concerned please return your goods by registered post.
- You are responsible for all returned goods so if concerned please return by registered mail.
- All return and exchange items are made at the customers expense, unless the goods are faulty.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND ON MY ITEM?

Australia - Include your contact information and return address.
- We will send a confirmation email when we receive your returned goods.
- When we have shipped your replacement NIRVANA JEWELLERY we will confirm this with you by email.
- All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed.
- We will confirm your refund by email.
